Leaving a lasting legacy for the Swan River Valley.
The Community Foundation of Swan Valley acknowledges that the land we gather on is within Treaty 4 territory, the land of the Cree Saulteaux, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.
The spiritual and practical relationship to these lands creates a rich heritage for our learning and our life as a community. We honour and respect these treaties and we value the spirit of truth and reconciliation.
